Would maxillary osteotomy result in concurrent change in the eye area's aesthetics?

If I got a significantly improved, much more forward and upswung maxilla through Lefort3 or MLF3 and MSE, would I get any concurrent noticeable change in my eye area's aesthetics?

Anything ranging from IPD change to PFL change, more or less UEE, anything really

Without touching entire orbital region i'd just expect changes on lower eyelid.
