would taking dextrose causing an insulin spike after gh peptides injections before bed be beneficial or not?

i received this question by someone in my dms but i’m honestly not sure since i never experimented with spiking insulin before sleeping for igf1 but from what i understand it wouldn’t be very beneficial and could in turn affect gh levels

opinions?

to put it simply, insulin is only useful to turn gh to igf1. However, high blood sugar has the opposite effect on gh production from the pituitary gland. Lucky enough, there is a study looking at exactly that:
The only difference is that they received the glucose 30 min before injection.
I wouldnt recommend taking dextrose right after injection for that reason, it could negate the effects of the gh peptides

but i think keeping a high blood sugar level throughout the day is still beneficial no? in my mind this would likely not affect the production of gh during sleep, since we could just lower it 2-3 hours before injection

It depends on your gh peptide. Fast acting peptides like cjc1295 no dac will give you a rapid boost in hgh due to its short half life, so keeping a high blood sugar throughout the rest of the day is fine and can be beneficial for gh to igf1 transfer. However with a peptide like cjc1295 dac, keeping a high blood sugar will atenuate its effects on the pituatary gland and make it release less gh, so it would be wisest to limit eating to 3 daily meals, no snacking. These three meals will give you the insulin spikes needed to transfer the built up gh into igf1.

No it increase it especially if its ling actung like lantus (+lantus has 8x more affinity for the igf-1 receptor than any other insulin)

it can interfere with the ideal conditions for their action, reducing gh pulsatility, especially during the critical post injection period when gh and peptides are supposed to be most active, peptides are most effective when the insulin response is low, wait 1 hour and then take it

im too high inhib to take insulin like you. here in brazil i can just pull up to a pharmacy and get it for cheap but my diet is pretty shit and i don’t track anything so choosing the right dosage will be a pain in the ass. also i heard a lot of crazy stories( mostly with fast to medium lasting)

ye i was thinking about this while taking cjc no dac and ipa. im a fan of no dac because of its effect since it dac causes a gh bleed and not spike. bleed happens mostly in women and isnt good for men from what i’ve researched

Or you could just inject a low dose of Lantus insulin
