I don't know what a tarse is, and I don't know how to gauge height based on cm. I'm 6ft and wouldn't want to be any taller because I value being able to blend in with a crowd if needed.

I dont do all those exercises I only do clamping for now. And I know clamping was permanent cause even after I stopped clamping for a while i still kept same girth gain

Self inducing priapism is 100 % permanent

I think its worth it to always keep doing penis enlargement exercises though never stop it. I'll be doing these exercises until I'm 50 years old for sure

I'd say there's no way around it. Either naturally try to keep it erect 4 hours with prolonged edging or use porn to help keep erect or use cialis if needed

Just the key is that prolonged erection (self inducing priapism) leads to growth of the tarse.

Only cure for POrn induced ED is to stop porn and masturbation

Takes 90 - 120 days for complete recovery
