yeah I have autistically researched this side effect. I think accutane, or retinoids in general, can trigger autoimmune diseases in people genetically susceptible to them. This makes sense because I already have asthma and severe alleriges, and psoriasis.

So the hairloss, from my research, is actually alopecia areata (an immune disease), but in diffuse form. To treat this, I am on topical steroids and have recently started taking a super-potent immuno suppressive medication to stop the inflamation, which I predict will stop the hairshedding.

Either that, or death.
