This works my chest better than bench press. It also works back and obliques at the same time. Yet I've never seen anyone else in the gym do it.

Combine it with heavy breathing squats and your chest will literally grow in front of your eyes in few weeksThis works my chest better than bench press. It also works back and obliques at the same time. Yet I've never seen anyone else in the gym do it.

I just lie on the bench normally not perpendicular in the gif. Just pick the dumbell up in front of you and lie down. It's easier if it's mainly your upper back touching the bench for balance.Damn its so damn hard to position yourself for this exercise.
Are you moving the arms as one and going low? Because if you only move the forearm but keep upper arm straight it's a tricep exercise.I've been doing this exercise for the last few days and tbh I dont feel any work donde in the pecs/back. Seems like a waste of time. And before someone says "you're doing it wrong", I'm following the indications and using a weight I can manage for 10+- reps. So that's not it.
Yes i move my arm as a whole and at the bottom when I cant get my upper arms any lower, my forearms keep going down a bit. I use qbout 24k plus db.Are you moving the arms as one and going low? Because if you only move the forearm but keep upper arm straight it's a tricep exercise.

Yours?Nice frame.
There is a reason the golden age called this the squat equivalent for the upper body. Very ideal but I find if you have a machine version of this at your gym you should use it!!! A lot of smaller gyms have unique equipment that a lot of people just brush off. This works my chest better than bench press. It also works back and obliques at the same time. Im doing it just like the gif in the OP. There it looks like the hips are in line with the bench/chest. Perpendicular of course.you are doing it wring
and do it perpendicular to the bench
don't forget to drop your hips
don't flare elbows
