I have seen moderately recessed people with somewhat narrow palates sing well, but I have never seen a giga recessed subhuman sing well ever. So maxilla does correlate with voice, but has diminishing returns if you are a bit more forward grown than average.

I facepulled for 3 months and got a good amount of for- and downward growth, almost fixing my sfs, and my voice did become so much better, it's insane. I lost the progress sadly and now my voice is shittier again, so I know it really was due to it(and not MSE or anything else).
