why do you think so many chinks and curries break into Stanford and then become CEOs of F500 companies? It's because they get positive, almost toxic reinforcement from their parents from the very beginning. If you're a chink and you can't at least get into Harvard to study medicine, you know you're practically disowned; white people don't care that much. They have a reason to push themselves to greatness, they don't want to disappoint their loved ones. What incentive do you have? make lots of money? too abstract, can't motivate many people, as can easily be observed.
