50% of cities from this state in brasil had zero homicides

I find this impressive given that the laws in Brazil are extremely permissive towards crime, and in addition the population of this state, despite being very white, is also quite mixed, a good part is brown/Latino.

If they did like El Salvador we would become a paradise. I defend the separation of southern brazil.

But yeah, brasil always sounded so weird to me. Its probably the most mixed country in the world, after USA, but its rarely brought up.
