I was walking with my good-looking Kurdish friend and we walked past a black dude in his late 20s or early 30s and then he said “Hey guys” so we turned around and he continued “You got a cigarette for me?” We said we didn’t and then the dude goes “well I’m still ugly, boys”. I was like “what?” and a moment of silence followed. And then he said “I’m still ugly” to which my friend said “you look good, man”. He wasn’t even ugly. I genuinely felt bad for him that he felt that way about himself. Especially since he wasn’t even ugly. I think he probably got rejected earlier that night and wanted to have a smoke. Very relatable.
