Instead of thinking: "I can only take x amount of kratom today"

I will think: "I'll take as much kratom as I need to do some productive things and have as good of a day as realistically possible"

Another example: if you didn't get everything done today then tomorrow is a new opportunity.

It might sound cheesy but it's true.
