unfortunate case of chronic/adult acne ive been dealing with since middle school breakouts regularly for nearly a decade, thanfully i was smart enough (honestly just scared enough) not to leave scarring
ever since adulthood its reduced itself to my forehead, scalp, back and chest (hurts like a bitch)
Things I've tried: no chocolate, no pizza, sulfur soap, cold shower after taking hot shower, refraining from taking showers every day. I soon learned I had a hormones imbalance and my test is way higher than my estrogen, started to jack off every day to get rid of the excess, still didn't work.
Should I just throw in the towel and just pop them as they come in and get laser restructuring to remove scarring whenever its too noticeable?
