My chin looks a bit like the guy’s on the left except less subhuman. Is that separation of the chin from the rest of the mandible in the picture on the right normal? (Where the chin is thicker than the rest.) Or should the jaw taper into the chin as one straight line?

Yeah I never saw his face but he was a 5'7 LTN before the surgeries. He is 6'1 now but his face is apparently Uncanny and some said he is MTN at best

Not bad. Some of these look okay and would be fine for revision. The truly awful ones are just people doing too much of putting implants over fucking deformities. So basically just know wtf you're actually doing first.

These are all good results. Many people don't have an eye for aesthetics, they just think someone who doesn't look like a male model is trash. If you give an ugly person an implant, usually they're going to still be fairly ugly, even if they've had a significant improvement.

I made another post a few weeks ago proving that most people here don't criticize Eppley implants when they don't know who did them. The "Eppley is terrible" meme here is just a meme and nothing else.

He looks better. His problem is that he has very thin lips and nose on a big face, which kills his harmony. The implant result is fine.

I remember messaging him years ago about my jaws asking if I would benefit most from bimax instead of implants and he said no, I wasn’t recessed

Honestly, most of these guys are just ugly-to-ugly transformations. It doesn't say a lot about Eppley's skill as a surgeon, only that he doesn't have the marketing sense to promote his best results (unless 100% of the people who go to his clinic are ugly for some reason).
