Looking for rating and what is possible to achieve through improvements

I used to gym and mino. Gym made me fat and 1 year mino beard, hair, eyebrows didn't do much. Some messed up skin. Aware of not having the best frame and not the best lowest third. Saw some guy ascend through surgery but willing to do something less dramatic at first. Average height is 175 for young people here. South Europe
