Humans best bet would be focusing on maximizing their endurance and intelligence. Weight/Sprint training will only lead to injury and show little results over time. Gaining Muscle mass will make you stiffer and ruin your conditioning. Hafthor Bjornnson would easily get killed by the weakest of chimpanzees. Running Marathons, Climbing Walls, Long Labour Circuits (Ex. Farming) and more are the type of training humans should be focused on. Being a High T 6''4 240lb Chad is a cope. Easily killed by five endurancemaxxed and iqmaxxed ancient humancels through weapons/tactics. Height/Muscles turns you into a easy target on the battlefield. Humans specialize in doing submaximal work over long periods of time (hours to days). There was no human alpha chad l in the wild since the humancels would easily outsmart/outendure the muscle and strength dominant chad in combat. Through Intelligence, Skills and Endurance is how humans rise to the top of the food chain not through Muscle, Strength and Aggression.
