i have started eating less calories for a month now cuz I got fatter and my face was bloated. Now I'm leaner, feeling lighter and my face has leaned a bit,
but i let my stomach growl for an hour or so before eating anything(and if i do i dont fill up my stomach).
Is this good? Plus how to know how much calories should i be eating? Most of my calories are from rice and Dal(Indian pulses) which are mainly carbs.

- Day 7: Rest. eat anything you want and do anything you want this day, this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR MORALE going into these weeks.
Fasting
- Day 1: Eat
- Day 2: (YOUR SPORT) & sunlight (take a shower also this day)
- Day 3: Eat
- Day 4: (YOUR SPORT) & sunlight (take a shower also this day)
- Day 5: Eat
- Day 6: (YOUR SPORT) & sunlight (take a shower also this day)
- Day 7: Rest. eat anything you want and do anything you want this day, this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR MORALE going into these weeks. THIS IS ALSO THE OPTIMAL DAY FOR YOUR BI-MONTHLY FACIAL HYPERTROPHY EXERCISE, BECAUSE IT PRELUDES THE SPRINT WEEK, WHERE GROWTH HORMONE PEAKS. (as well as those more insecure folks that are attempting to perfect the penile exercise)
If you want to accelerate any facet of this regimen, you can try to eat everything on your eating days and fast completely on your sport/sprint days. Be cautious, the HGH output from doing this is immense, as HGH spikes from fasting alone after 24 hours
Posture
Total spinal posture (including neck, shoulder girdle, torso, pelvis) is crucial for facial proportion development

What are your thoughts on open mouth vs closed mouth chewing? Should you ideally always chew with a closed mouth? Or break down large quantities of food or tough food with an open mouth before switching to closed?

Ideal in what sense? Just aesthetics? We know shorter and smaller people on average tend to live much longer.
Also, in terms of longevity, I don't think an all-carnivore diet seems to be the best.
Animals seem to shit and piss at designated spots and not just randomly at night while sleeping as well.

Activity. It seems human activity maximizes performance between 6'3 and 6'6, but shorter people still perform exceptionally in generally 'human' activity, taller than 6'6 is the issue here in my general ideal height anecdote.
The ideal human diet is to be determined it seems. The only fact I have here for certain is that we don't know it precisely.

It's actually supposed to be a little more pronounced than that even, however it seems this bone is very soft and gets destroyed, relatively more easily than the rest of the skull post death. It creates a more straight, 'uniform looking' lower facial profile, the lower facial cranial bone mass surrounding the teeth, (including the one I just mentioned) would obviously stretch the skin forward against the bones, this means thinner lips of course.

Excessive ejaculation perpetually atrophies the muscles that maintain your hairline by downregulating TESTOSTERONE receptivity in the body and maintaining this state continuously, as it weakens or outright disables the majority of (testosterone) androgen receptors for 7 days after an ejaculation.
Inversely, ejaculation also appears to upregulate DHT receptivity in the body significantly for the entire 7 day recovery period, as I mentioned I noticed FAR more hair activity (growth) during the 7 days of ejaculation recovery, and a tremendously noticeable 'slow down' after the 7 days of ejaculation recovery.

Sleeping is an interesting topic all together, I believe more research should go into natural human habits entirely (as mentioned we don't even know what our natural diet is exactly).
Right now the only gauge we have to go off for sleeping is what we can observe primitive apes similar to ourselves do, maybe do some light research into this and make a conclusion yourself, be intuitive.

Regular exogenous testosterone administration also increases penile length of people with micropenis.
This isn't relevant to how the penis is actually supposed to grow. Nor does this random hormone actually grow the penis on a normal person, excess DHT stimulates growth on people without normal levels, the same way exogenous testosterone would increase DHT levels in these same people but not noticeably in those with normal levels.
Consider it similar to hair follicles, active testosterone and DHT increases the number of hair follicles in the body (beard/chest/arms and legs) etc, but only on a person that doesn't already have a very hairy body/face. That guy's research in theory will grow a micropenis, but not yours. All the DHT receptors in your as well as all other normal men's penises are essentially already in use, but in those with micropenis, they are not.
I'm pretty sure the exercise that I outlined at the top of page 4 will probably work effectively because the conjecture here is that penis growth (in normal pubertal males) is stimulated through the body's own detection of a 'full erection'. If blood is flowing into the penis but the body does not detect a 'full erection' after a certain period of time through the methods outlined, I believe the testosterone (not DHT) receptors in the penis will activate to some degree post-'flaccid-erection' and stimulate growth over the coming days.
(but again, these assessments are primarily based in the post-7 day abstinence theory, where active testosterone is free flowing in the body)

TL;DR
Strictly from a competition perspective
Anything between 6'3 and 6'6 appears to be ideal (speed and center of gravity-wise), there's a seeming trade-off effect between these two heights that come from caloric necessity to actually be active, but as this is just for competition, it is important to mention that skeletal proportions are far more important than height at this level, do some research into Ape Index/wingspan relative to torso/center of gravity.
As this is another facet of skeletal growth, I guess I should try to mention activities that stimulate(?) ideal proportions (short torso, robust ribcage, long limbs).
To tell you the truth, I just wish these writings would reach actual doctorate-level scientists that are interested enough in the theories to experiment, but so far the only thing I have for ideal skeletal proportions seems to be a positive correlation within High intensity (HIIT) sports, such as sprinting and wrestling and negative correlation within sports such as swimming.

You list wrestling (I know nothing about wrestling), sprinting but what about jump heavy sports such as basketball, volleyball, maybe water polo (I know you said swimming does nothing but itβs easier on the joints so could be used not for length but endurance instead). Everything i've calculated I look at through a naturist lens, we are generally explosive sprinters from my understanding of our 'predator scavenger' nature, but we also have strong long arms (for some reason). There may be some logic to your assessment of rock climbing, like with jumping sports (like basketball) where there may be some nature behind an instinct for tree climbing in humans.

It does seem like, after some research, once every 4 days may literally 'over-hypertrophy' your facial muscles. It would be wise to refer to the original post in the thread, specifically the one about me doing it once every 2 weeks. I feel like every 4 days gave immediate results, but doing this for two long may just lead to the aforementioned 'over-hypertrophy'. The point is moderation. Once every 2 weeks seems the most safe, i'm just trying to find a fine line for those newly exposed to this information and once every 2 weeks seems to be this fine line. Bone mass will grow efficiently as long as the other factors are acknowledged (exercise/sunlight/abstinence/fasting).
Staying hydrated also seems to prevent muscle 'tightness' significantly.

- Healthy food meat/veggies whatever (obvious reasons) for general growth
- sunlight exposure/exposure to the elements for natural facial muscular activity (like squinting the eye/cheek muscles) this is literally what stimulates 'correct' bone growth in the upper maxillary/upper nose region, I would recommend any high intensity sprint focused sport for HGH/bone stimulation (except soccer, because your head forced to look down which is incorrect posture).
- Once old enough to chew food, they start 'full masticating' (all teeth doing the tearing) on larger pieces of meat, this stimulates maximum mandibular AND maxillary muscular activity, strong mandible, strong maxilla

He means bone mass, muscular hypertrophy of facial muscles 'inward' (e.g scrunching your face/squinting hard) is a natural reaction to sunlight/wind as a child. Masticatory function (proper eating) hypertrophies both the front and back of the mandible and lower maxilla, while widening dental arches.
The hypertrophy of these muscles proliferates the bones of the face in the same way every single time.
