caloric intake
i have started eating less calories for a month now cuz I got fatter and my face was bloated. Now I'm leaner, feeling lighter and my face has leaned a bit,


but i let my stomach growl for an hour or so before eating anything(and if i do i dont fill up my stomach).

Is this good? Plus how to know how much calories should i be eating? Most of my calories are from rice and Dal(Indian pulses) which are mainly carbs.

I have no real research on that, to get an idea of somewhat ideal general mastication habits, you should do research and observation into animals in the wild.

Originally you said the last day of the second week is ideal for the facial hypertrophy exercise, then you said every 4 days is what got you results, given this is there an optimal day(s) to do the exercise if done every 4 days?

On hydration and potty training

Yeah, this is just telling you that the conscious 'waste restriction' from potty training is a very serious factor here when it comes to hydration. For all intents and purposes, consider potty training to be completely sexually & biologically degenerative. The continuous water drinking can aid in allowing your body to be more relaxed in excreting waste as you will begin to have to pee more often, it'll help you consciously keep your bladder-holding muscles more relaxed.

On Height

I have little research into height growth, the only assessment I've made on height is that homo sapien height is most ideal within a spectrum between 6'3 and 6'6.

Taller than this appears to become detrimental to human health (skeletal problems) and overall potential (center of gravity, caloric needs for growth & survival, power, absolute speed & explosiveness).

While shorter than this 'golden range' is a simply smaller-scaled human, with a proportionally smaller physical capability but on equivalent levels of 'physical efficacy' relative to their height;
Essentially, the scale of 'ideal activity' is from ~5'8 to 6'6.

Anything taller and your own physicality becomes 'alien'/'unrecognizable' to your own evolutionary DNA and less 'proportionally effective'/'mechanically human'.
Ideal in what sense? Just aesthetics? We know shorter and smaller people on average tend to live much longer.

Also, in terms of longevity, I don't think an all-carnivore diet seems to be the best.

Ideal in what sense? Just aesthetics? We know shorter and smaller people on average tend to live much longer.
Activity. It seems human activity maximizes performance between 6'3 and 6'6, but shorter people still perform exceptionally in generally 'human' activity, taller than 6'6 is the issue here in my general ideal height anecdote.

There is as much of an evolutionary advantage in sleep-erections as there would be in pre-ordering prostate cancer, because this is essentially what morning wood is a precursor to. Something I always have to add about these images is that these super robust skulls are always missing a small subnasal process below their nasal 'hole' but slightly above their upper teeth, this is also muscular hypertrophy related, along with cheekbones and the rest of the facial skeletal process.

Sleeping is an interesting topic all together, I believe more research should go into natural human habits entirely (as mentioned we don't even know what our natural diet is exactly).
Right now the only gauge we have to go off for sleeping is what we can observe primitive apes similar to ourselves do, maybe do some light research into this and make a conclusion yourself, be intuitive.

I have little research into height growth, the only assessment I've made on height is that homo sapien height is most ideal within a spectrum between 6'3 and 6'6.

Taller than this appears to become detrimental to human health (skeletal problems) and overall potential (center of gravity, caloric needs for growth & survival, power, absolute speed & explosiveness).

While shorter than this 'golden range' is a simply smaller-scaled human, with a proportionally smaller physical capability but on equivalent levels of 'physical efficacy' relative to their height;
Essentially, the scale of 'ideal activity' is from ~5'8 to 6'6.

Anything taller and your own physicality becomes 'alien'/'unrecognizable' to your own evolutionary DNA and less 'proportionally effective'/'mechanically human'.

You list wrestling (I know nothing about wrestling), sprinting but what about jump heavy sports such as basketball, volleyball, maybe water polo (I know you said swimming does nothing but it’s easier on the joints so could be used not for length but endurance instead). There may be some logic to your assessment of rock climbing, like with jumping sports (like basketball) where there may be some nature behind an instinct for tree climbing in humans.

It does seem like, after some research, once every 4 days may literally 'over-hypertrophy' your facial muscles. It would be wise to refer to the original post in the thread, specifically the one about me doing it once every 2 weeks. I feel like every 4 days gave immediate results, but doing this for two long may just lead to the aforementioned 'over-hypertrophy'. The point is moderation. Once every 2 weeks seems the most safe, i'm just trying to find a fine line for those newly exposed to this information and once every 2 weeks seems to be this fine line. Bone mass will grow efficiently as long as the other factors are acknowledged (exercise/sunlight/abstinence/fasting).

Staying hydrated also seems to prevent muscle 'tightness' significantly.
