I saw a TikTok from jester Patel. I didn’t understand it much but what I got from it was that, apparently if your anterior pelvic tilt is misaligned, it disrupts your fascia’s natural posture or something? And that leads to bad posture, witch then leads to bad neck posture, ans then that leads to your facial muscles not being tight or whatever and giving you i guess a less defined face.

TLDR how to fix anterior pelvic tilt?

Yea but there's alot of ineffective methods and stuff, just wanted to find the best ones possible. The YouTube channel the guy above recommended is pretty good.

u gotta work on it for at least a couple months and also try to incorporate the stance into your squat form

Well the exercises fix the symptom not the cause, so yes you would have to keep doing them, from what I know the main causes are sitting down for a long time, and looking down on your phone and stuff like that.
