So I'm trying to switch up my diet now from ubereats/food deliveries to normal non-processed healthy nutritious food. So far I've incorporated greek yogurt, beef, kiwi, walnuts, whole milk occasionally, vegetables and for drink only water. So far I know that Olives are good for the heart and have vitamin E.
Is it good to incorporate them? Is there something better to add? They seem like a snack to me because they are savoury (high in sodium)
