To start this post I am definite a gym cell, I’ve been working out constantly for about 4 years now although the first 2/3 years I had no fucking idea what I was doing. I started with a pretty athletic build be g about 6’0 and 180lbs. Of course the first thing I did was bulk. Bulked All the way to 215lbs like a retard. Then when it was time for my cut I did an extremely aggressive mini cut that lasted about 6 weeks resulting in me losing 35 pounds, and majority of my strength. During this process I would use lots of supplements like protein powder and creatine consistently. Now, I am currently sitting at about 180lbs around 13 percent body fat. Haven’t used any real supplements other then some basic vitamins for over 1 year and look and feel better and am physically at my strongest. Which leads me to the question, is supplements like creatine cope? Or is there genuinly a benifit to taking it.
