To start this post I am definite a gym cell, I’ve been working out constantly for about 4 years now although the first 2/3 years I had no fucking idea what I was doing. I started with a pretty athletic build be g about 6’0 and 180lbs. Of course the first thing I did was bulk. Bulked All the way to 215lbs like a retard. Then when it was time for my cut I did an extremely aggressive mini cut that lasted about 6 weeks resulting in me losing 35 pounds, and majority of my strength. During this process I would use lots of supplements like protein powder and creatine consistently. Now, I am currently sitting at about 180lbs around 13 percent body fat. Haven’t used any real supplements other then some basic vitamins for over 1 year and look and feel better and am physically at my strongest. Which leads me to the question, is supplements like creatine cope? Or is there genuinly a benifit to taking it.

You got to first understand what a supplement is, because the pharma industry are a bunch of fucking faggot friends of epstein who want you to buy there shit instead of instantly hoping on gear.
here is the most important thing the definition

Basic definition: A product that is added to the diet. A dietary supplement is taken by mouth and usually contains one or more dietary ingredients. Examples of dietary ingredients include vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, and enzymes.

Long story short if now its winter in Europe and its cold and there is less sunlight whatsoever taking Vitamin D is OP and reasonable, because we won't get as much of it as we need, this would be nonsens in like Thailand tho where its like 30+ degrees Celsius the whole year round. Vitamin D: A hormone essential for calcium absorption, bone health, and immune function. (reduces depression too btw)

So a supp like creatine that is an amino acid only adds these substances to your already existing creatine compund in muscle cells, because creatine is found almost exclusively in animal products, especially muscle tissue: Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Fish.

So after reading this you should take creatine because its a great supplement but keep in mind what a supplement is I explained it to you with the example of Vitamin D, I'm LARPING as so high IQ rn holy shit. Another good example would be like zinc which people take if there body creates a value under the norm or they want to raise it.


ALSO REALLY IMPORTANT ONLY BUY HIGH QUALITY SUPPLEMENTS WITH GOOD NATURAL INGRIEDNTS OTHERWISE JUST START WITH ROIDS

Also I might be tripping like this isn’t scientifically backed, but my family has history of androgenetic Alopecia, and I swear to god my hair was getting worse/ falling out quicker when I was taking creatine. Once again I know I can’t confirm this to be 100 percent true but idk that’s just my expirience

Yea I work 2 days in office 3 days from home, the days from home I go to gym early and take caffeine but the other days I go after work so I don’t take anything

I’ve known about “looksmaxxing” since like 2023 but just from tik tok, I was still mostly red pilled and other then hitting the gym I did fuck all to improve my appearance. My friend told me about the org last year, buddy kept it hidden for 3 years from me💀💀 Finding the org and reading just the BOTB threads was amazing

me to except in 2023 I didn't take it serious, but slowly started subconsciously "looksmaxing" in 2024 when I started to hairmax and wanted to go to the gym to start improving myself, but I don't really remember much more because my thought process was fucked up back then because I was also a bit younger, and fell in love with a bitch that rejected me and only then wanted to improve shit for her. I think her rejection was the best thing tho, because afterwards I was more concious but still grey in early 2025 and only knew like cookie zeta clav derb, the whole org thing started last year around summer because I started to get more into tiktok creators.

i would like some advice i have been working out for 5 months i am natty and i have put a fair amount of muscle i take creatine and eaas and prework out i have good genetics. but i was wondering is there any supliments you think work that i should get ? like omega 3 or zink ?

honestly see what youre local gymcells are taking apart from trenbolan or other shit, santacruz covers supplemets a lot but I dont know if he is your go to guy

Elite ball knowledge but keep in mind that most people have to couple vitamin d3 supplements with magnesium in order to fully utilize it to an optimal extent where the body can convert it into more useful forms.

D3 is also structurally very similar to steroids and there have been some pretty dope new studies showing that large doses of d3 can rewire the bodies metabolism in such a way were more excess energy goes to muscle production
