It’s been almost a year since I had infraorbital rim/malar/zygomatic arch implant with Dr Eppley.

No, everything went as expected.

What does the implant feel like?

Can't really tell any difference, maybe a bit harder feeling.

Who would be a good candidate for this type of surgery?

Anyone that wishes to enhance their features. Good thing about CUSTOM implant is you can design it any shape and size you want so everything is doable.

Did you slay more than before?

Difficult to say because i was in a long term relationship before and after surgery. I am definitely not slaying but since my LTR ended (May this year) i had around 10 ONS, mostly through tinder.

$15k total cost.

Can you do boxing after getting these types of implants?

Eppley says you can but i personally wouldn't risk it. Damaging the implant is HIGHLY unlikely, not many things other than banging on it repeatedly with a hammer will break it when it is pressed hard against your own bone.

Dislocating it on the other hand is very possible. Yes there are screws but they are misunderstood because screw fixation is used mostly in initial stages as a means to keep the implant in place until pocket that is created to store the implant heals. I forgot in what part of the face (chin?) but sometimes screws are even being completely absorbed by the body over the years.

All swelling was gone at around 3 month mark.

Can you do more implants at the same time in one procedure, example jaw implants and zygos one?

Yes it is actually recommended because you get a good discount by doing the surgery at the same time compared to if you were doing it separately (for example cheek + jaw combo is $25k vs $15k each).
