it's not natural for the human body to carry so much muscle. also gymcels consume too much protein and calories in general. their bodies can't get a break from all the working out and constantly eating shit food. thus being a jacked up gymcel will slowly kill you.

an evening drinking is 100x less stressfull on the body than a gym session



going out, vibing with others,, laughing and sharing energy

vs

wasting energy lifting weights to failure and limping out the gym defeated and stressed adrenals

Muh physical health, I literally couldn't care less. Time and time again threads have shown that physique isn't cope and is in fact a massive multiplier if you dont already have a subhuman face

If you need to go more than twice a week eating whatever you feel like (deficit or surplus) to have a good body then you have shit genes. That’s why normies love the gym.
