Yeah but working out helps tho
Yeah, also I tried 10min walks after meals which helped a lot, Stan Efferding was the one who recommended it

Calorie deficit, walking is most optimal way to boost metabolism w/o excessive stress or recovery issues. You can incorporate HIIT once or twice a week.

Steps (7k) + dodge industriel sugar / sauces + classic gym (more muscle you have, more you burn naturally)
