Most my friends and i do push pull legs but wondering if theres any other recommendations like muscle groups or something

For me PPL works the best. After three days, do some cardio for heart- and starvmaxxing or make a rest day

train upper 3 days a week or 5 days a week if your enchanced training legs is cope.
