Melatonin.
Improves sleep quality. I tried it as well

Do you take it daily? Melatonin works great for me if I take it only a few times a week but if I take it everyday it quit working
Used to take it like once every 2-3 days but it finished some months ago and I moved to UK where it isn't legal :feelswah:

change lifestyle factors first(higher activity level, avoid excessive tiktok and porn, lead a relaxed/low cortisol life), they'll benefit you the most

After that, you can intervene with pharmacology(i.e cortisol blockers, GABA agonists, CBD, Kratom, etc.) We live in the golden age of research chemicals/nootropics, they're all relatively easy to get your hands on. Do your research on which ones could help with your sleep and experiment with them.
