I recommend you this page to check universities according to careers "https://www.topuniversities.com/university-subject-rankings/medicine". Also, as a personal opinion, I recommend you to study in Europe, generally studying in the USA is too expensive, and it is not that different from a good European university. Besides, the standard of living in Europe is better.
