i know it sounds contradictory but listen to me okay
eat food thats high in calories and low in volume, and keep it at maintenance weight. eat like that for about 2-4 weeks, it makes your stomach kind of smaller if that makes sense and if you switch back to regular food that you usually consume you will see that it makes you fuller way faster. the way i did it which is unhealthy but idc i just ate shit like chocolate and other candies that are high in calories and low in volume after some weeks i switched back and eating 1 regular meal made me feel full for the rest of the day.
