Borderline suicidal cuz my es ratio is so fucked compared to when I was 18

Had an es ratio of of .43-.44 at 18, it looked fairly harmonious on my face even tho it wasn’t ideal. At 20 my es ratio is fucking .40-.41. Im 26 percent body fat now, 5’10 and 190 pounds compared to when I was like 150-155 lbs, tho I’m incredibly scared my cheekbones grew wider from 18 to 20 and destroyed my face. Would really appreciate some kind of reassurance, I know this isn’t the place to ask for it, people here can be brutal, but I want to kill myself because of how far I looksminned. Is it possible for my cheekbones to have gotten that fucking wide or is this most likely just bloat and high bf percentage? I really don’t wanna send pics cuz I don’t think they are needed + I’ll just ridiculed.
