Signing in a boxing gym Or ... Training on your own (with a partner!)

Yes you can't do boxing alone you need a sparr partner...

Basic boxing tools:
Rope
Gloves
Bondages
1kg dumbbells
Mouth guard
Punching bag

And strong ass discipline...

I'll share few routines in a while.

In morning:
Wake up at 4am
Road work (learn how to run properly... Dont do it like a marathon runner but like a boxer)
Stretching.. joints etc
Shadow boxing (and if you're beginner... practice the basic jabs)
Bag work...
Jump ropes..
