Do you know if biomechanics are always going to be determined by how the body is arranged or if they can be modified by habit.
For example, a person can choose to walk in two different ways. By mainly pushing the floor back or by reaching forward with feet.
Or a person may be sitting in front of the computer, two possible postures are possible, forward head posture or correct posture.
Now, what determines how a person moves to do daily activities?
I don't know, but my questions is if by making a habit of moving a certain way it is possible to get topthe point where unconciouslly one moves in that way or the concious effort is always going to be needed?
