I’m gonna use on DHT gel on my brow area in a few weeks (when it comes). Would supplementing biotin help reduce hair loss while doing the dht gel? my dad didn’t start balding until he was early 30’s and mom’s side of family has strong hair genes.

Where did you get dht gel from ?

If you get enough biotin through food then i doubt supplementing it will do anything, you can try supplementing saw palmetto, using nizoral shampoo and some good hair conditioner, i use this one Amazon product ASIN B01KZXMCYI , also I do dermarolling 1-2 times a week after which I apply castor and coconut oil on the scalp and wait 1 hour, then wash it off.
Other supplements like zinc, magnesium, vitamin d, omega 3 etc can also help with hair loss but i think only if you are deficient (and you most likely are not if if you have a normal diet).
I do all those stuff and I haven't noticed regain on the hairline but i've noticed my hair have become overall thicker and have rebuilt some lost hair on the crown.

Apparently supplementing biotin doesn't help you if u less you are biotin deficient. Doesn't stop me from eating 40 mg a day tho xD
Growth is there after a month, especially on the temples and some on brows, a lot of baby hair, see pic rel (theyre taken three months in), but biotin is just a small portion of the full routine

Pm me results

Biotin has done nothing for my head.

Unfortunately no

It will just helps facilitate faster growth in the follicles that you do have

But it won’t block the mechanism of action that hairloss executes

Biotin's supplements give me pimples:sick:
