Can mewing lift the cheekbones or improve the eye area, canthal tilt and under eye support?

I thought about this, because as we know, mewing moves the maxilla forward, which means, in theory, the zygomatic bone also moves upward, improving the area of the eyes and cheekbones. Does it work?
