I bought fake jawliner from aliexpress and falim gum.

I'm supersetting first with the blue jawliner and then I move to falim gum.
The masseters pump is crazy and I feel a hard pression on zygos.

What should I measure to see if it really work ?

Should I take rest day like with conventional muscle or just hit them everyday ?

Chewing will make you look bloated unless your massetur insertions are good

Even tho i'm bloated, i'm currently bulking so that's fine but in february i'm gonna do a hard cut and maybe i'll get hollow cheeks

Shave before pic, measure bodyfat and take pics under different lighting

yeah I feel like some position activate more the temporal muscle, some activate more the masseter and some activate more tension in the zygos.
 
day 2 of chewing

Same as yesterday, super set of blue jawliner gum and falim gum.

I'm really trying to feel the masseter and not the temporal.

I also try to focus on getting a good tension on the zygos by really chewing hard on both side slowly.

I feel more my masseter when I use the big jawliner gum and more my zygo area when i'm trying to exercice accuratly with falim gum.

Not gonna lie I feel a solid pump but I'm still a subhuman

Chewing bloats most, only works if you have straight/flared gonions, in which case you probably wouldn’t need it in the first place
 
Dunno why people think chewing bloats, if you’re full of sodium, carbs, creatine then yes you will look more bloated with bigger masseters… However if you eat decent with low carbs and sodium your jaw will look good after chewing.

Day 3 : solid pump, weird feeling in my left side masseter, maybe a start of TMJ but i'm keep going.

Not gonna lie thoses facial muscle group are even harder when it comes to training than fucking legs.

This shit is so intense, I swear i'm really tired after doing it

nigga do rest days. Massesters are like any other muscle and need 48 hours of rest to recover

Low zygos mean more flat plain in the height of zygos, not them being set lower in the skull you retard
