they decompress your spine to help you heightmaxx, posturemaxx, and spinalhealthmaxx, and give you a juicy forearm pump. fuark
only problem is that you already hold them for pretty long starting out and it only becomes longer and more boring from there

it depends on the bar you're using, i'm using a smooth doorframe bar, but i am skelly so i can only hold 85 seconds. the doorframe bar is also too short so i'm not truly dead hanging but keeping my legs raised. crazy shit, man.
