That shit is the most overrated thing ever existed if you want to lose fat , the amount of hunger you get is extremely higher than what you burn and makes it 100x harder to resist high calories food , let alone the cost and the time you waste there everytime.

After quitting it i can eat 1000-1500 calories a day without being hungry and having much more energy than before, if i tryhard i can do even 300 cal eating veggies only and water also i finally started losing weight again , i'm definitely losing muscles too but who cares can gain back all the muscles i lost anyway after i leanmaxxed.

If you're fat go all the way down to the body fat % you want with just diet and build muscle from there mantaining
