I am 12-13% bodyfat and my body won't let me go below that without getting sick. At 12%, all I can get is a shitty 4 pack that peeks out only after an intense ab workout. You think I could do ab etching to make my abs more pronounced, and turn the shy 4 pack into a permanent 6 pack?
