Overtime my face was getting grey and had shit health markers, bones werent growing enough, so I hopped on cycle im 131lbs and i plan to get to 140-145lbs. Having a couple lbs of muscle is life changing in terms of health (cuz how much muscle meat and protein u consume) and looks wise, u look way better, idc how good ur bones are, if u have no meat on them u will look like shit.
