Just dont watch porn, it fucks or your sleep. Idk why or how but it really does. After a while you will get very vivid dreams after stopping cooming to porn, because of your brain having been overstimulated by the porn drug, it has to recover your brain just like when quitting weed the same happens. It fucks up your sleep, which will give you low T and all kinds of other side effects in the long term like anhedonia and coomer gaze, so dont do it. If you really have to coom just do it real quick without imagination and focus on getting the real deal
