Its usually caused by shit like overbite, thats why overbite is considered so damaging. Check out my last post and do the thing i teach in it, 16 is the last age you can change this shit naturally so be fast

In some rare cases, TMJ can cause osteoarthritis of the jaw condyle as the bone wears down in the joint capsule so you do become more recessed and downgrown overtime.

I have TMJ personally and it is a big fear of mine, but as long as you still have a full jaw range of motion and when you chew your bones don't grind loudly, I believe you will be fine.

You need to see a TMJ specialist, I would recommend looking at this for specialists close to you. A comprehensive TMJ evaluation should include physical exam, checking movements, some tech stuff they use for checking mandibular motion, x-ray, and CT.

ty, went to the doctors 2 times and they were no help

hopefully its not too late to fix it cuz some people say 16 is the last year to fix it
