Diet will not do shit for your fat pads , wont change your bones , it wont do anything facially other than lean you out . If you are already lean just eat whatever u want moderately. I cringe at dietcels who have this strict diet thinking its gonna change their bone shape / ratios or eye color jfllll

Pizza is good i mean , carbs + fats + protein , i dont see anything wrong with this as long as your getting in all your micronutrients at the start of the day .

im not afraid of that and see no reason you should be if its a healthy animal
but i dont regularly eat raw chicken

just take multi vitamins or supps , they arent bad . Yeah our ancestors ate raw meat but they were are all ugly af

Working out is what matters most really and not overeating. I mean let's be honest here, people live until like 90 and they're chunky.

Never said raw meat was healthy just don't eat sugar or processed food while getting enough nutrients

EDIT: nvm I think you were refering to like carnivore or actual diet models. I agree, they’re all shit.
 
Dieting can fix digestive problems, acne, and other symptoms of legit allergic reaction. But hardmaxxing or significant weight loss are the only things that will actually show a difference in the face.
