Some positives I've noticed: I feel godly (without being delusional, and still down to earth), I've got a whole nother aura (almost like a glow, once again still in a down to earth way).

Overall, if you can manage it properly you will upgrade your life by extreme measures. If you are wageslaving etc you will probably quit and create a better life after a long retention streak.

What I noticed is lower inhib + insane collagen boost ("glowy skin" is a common effect mentioned in nofap forums), but its way easier during the summer when you can go out with your friends and get out of the house. 10 days later after 100 days on retention (May 15th) I broke my streak.
I've been much lower energy since then, and I don't have the same glow.
Placebo or not, retention is very much real.

Now I've started a new streak and I'm on my fifth day, this time I will not break it at 100.

This is almost impossible to track or verify because the problem has gotten so bad that researchers can't find a male under 25 years old who hasn't had consistent exposure to PMO throughout his teenage years.

By the way, balding and acne are exclusively symptoms of high DHT, diet or genetics. While it's true that T spikes happen during semen retention, they only do so in the first week, after which the levels return to normal.

One look at bodybuilding forums would also show you that the biggest porn addicts are dudes who take tren, and they don't fall into your criteria at all.
