Was sitting at a cafe today, drinking a cappucino, when there were 5 guys 60+yo at the table next to me. 1 guy was quite drunk and loud, constantly laughing loudly and screaming at random people passing by. This was at a very busy location in the city centre. His friends/colleagues were chill with it and mirin his low inhib.
