i have good potential but my fatass has to lose 15 kgs i am 75kgs and 174 w shoes my fatass keeps eating how long would it take for me to lose 15kgs if i eat 2000cals a day and 10k steps minimum doing 15k mostly and doing lifts 5-6 a week with 30mins treadmill i want to lose it in like 3 months i think its possible too

yeah with this kcal deficit its possible in 3 months
 
20k+ steps a day, cigarettes, and water.
protiens + i do smoke but like 2 aday cuz if i get caught dad will fuck me in the ass n ill burn extra cals

if u wanna suppress ur appetite even more, the thing that helped me the most is spamming black coffee. this shit will suppress ur appetite so much that even if i dont eat in the morning, im not hungry for the next 3-4 hours, i like having 2-3 coffees a day, i lost 12kg in 3 months and my cal deficit wasnt even so low as yours, used to eat around 2200-2300 kcal daily and with less steps, but depends, everyones body is different

so maybe u r not eating that amount of calories cuz its unreal to be in that deficit with 20k steps a day and not to loose any weight
