Use raw butter, coconut oil is good too but itโ€™s omega 3 to omega 6 ratio is poor
can only get pasteurized butter if thats what you mean, coconut oil will help me with carb cravings i think cuz it got a fruitiness to it

pasteurised butter is decent, get it grass fed though, but raw butter is a superfood

cause thats what @Never Get Up recommends (right?) basically to avoid spiking insulin all day
I mean u are young and spiking ur igf-1 could trigger a potential growth spurt, also donโ€™t overthink tbh, eating a carnivore is already gonna make u not age and million times healthier, if ur hunger is satiated then that is fine, or else eat more, and yeah include eggs

You arenโ€™t getting insulin โ€œspikeโ€ from protein and fat. Sure it may increase slightly but for sure no spike. If you want to do OMAD you have to be stacking your plate up more then your have.
protein spikes insulin and also cause your body makes glucose out of it via gluconeogenesis, i thought?

protein increases insulin, but itโ€™s defo not spiking it like carbs. Itโ€™s too small of an increase to be considered spiking insulin.
oh i agree i was wording it poorly, its more like a slight bump, and thats all you need actually

Same that is what I thought, but people do say that igf 1 spike is good for puberty

in my experience it was always better not to listen to what most people say, maybe the same goes for this aswell, who knows?

Yeah u are right, but that is a good fact tbh, yes high insulin spike might cause aging but u know growth is similar to aging according to goatis and u need to grow for now, so yeah spiking insulin is not a big of a problem imo, but spiking insulin via meat is better

Coconut oil has an omega 6 to 3 ratio of 88:1. Thats a seed oil.
brother who cares, if you actually look it up you would know that it has very little pufa, omega 6 and 3, the ratio doesent even matter since 1 tablespoon has like 0.2g of pufa, 0.05g of omega 3/6 etc.

no carbs= high cortisol = low test
also hard to digest
will give you piles most probably
bad gut health= bad overall health
Why would no carbs cause high cortisol, what is the mechanism behind that?
why is meat hard to digest, even more so when its bacially raw in the middle, its the most digestible food there is thus improving gut health

@Never Get Up thoughts?

I would recommend swishing it in your mouth for like 10-15 min after the meal then brushing your teeth. Made my teeth whiter. With flouride free toothpaste ofc

@Never Get Up thoughts?
The mechanism behind cortisol elevation during low-carb or no-carb eating revolves around the body's need to maintain stable blood glucose levels. When carbohydrates are restricted, cortisol is released to promote gluconeogenesis, release stored glucose, and prevent hypoglycemia. In the short term, this is a protective mechanism, but over time, chronic cortisol elevation can have negative impacts on health.

Doesen't your body make sufficient ammounts of glucose for your tissue and cells via gluconeogenesis? also may i ask if youre coming from the ray peat sphere?

it can also lead to muscle breakdown if the body relies on it too much

Donโ€™t cook any of it
i can eat raw meat with no problems, but i just get too full too quickly and dont get enough food inside of me, thats why cooking it slightly helps, also cause its warmer.
