Turning 17, my dad has a really wide frame, especially for his height
Aesthetically (when I take off my shirt), my frame doesn't look bad, but when I put on a shirt it looks terrible and small, Only small regular fit (adult) sized shirts fit me, but my dad wears medium and fills them out
For most of puberty, I had bad insomnia, diet, overall health, I am pretty sure that is what fucked me over
I go to the gym, but very inconsistently, I don't really try, I only go for social reasons and I never train shoulders or lats, (I am also cutting)
I have really high bf%, 25+
I think my bidletoid is below 17.5'
Atp I think the only thing that can save me is clavicle lengthening, though I am not sure if its the scapula or clavicles which is making my frame look small
Could I max my frame out in any way before the bones fuse, I have read the BOTB - frame posts but some of them sound like bioscience trolling/ larping

I am looking for an estimate of how much I can max out my frame (with and without clavicle lengtheing), without absoultely raping my body
 
do that shit that swimmers do, like rotating your arms. it lenghtens your clavicles over time as far as I know.
or just start going to the gym and train hard, I think @ Orc said his clavicles increased in length just by doing that after age 25
