Frequent cardio

I do zone 2-zone 5 cardio 7-8 times a week 2-4 hours/day. I know this isn’t optimal for looks but what issues exactly does this create? Can i combat them?
 
Its not really a looksmin directly, it burns a lot of calories and your glycogen gets used up and you may look flatter and less full which may be what youre talking about? Other than that its not harmful as long as youre in a caloric surplus so you dont just die of starvation.

why r you doing allat anyway?
 
you should decrease your cardio, you dont have to do so much cardio you could do 3x a week 2h, too much cardio is not healthy for your heart in long term perspective.

what is your goal with it, to burn fat, to get more healthy, for a hobby, or just for fun?

sport thats why i cant change it

its for my sport thats why its not really optional either so i just want to make sure im not cooked
