I do zone 2-zone 5 cardio 7-8 times a week 2-4 hours/day. I know this isn’t optimal for looks but what issues exactly does this create? Can i combat them?

sport thats why i cant change itIts not really a looksmin directly, it burns a lot of calories and your glycogen gets used up and you may look flatter and less full which may be what youre talking about? Other than that its not harmful as long as youre in a caloric surplus so you dont just die of starvation.

if youre enjoying the sport i wouldnt change anything, just eat in a surplus to not become super skinny or starve. it has insignificant impact on lookssport thats why i cant change it
