Cuffed (wrist) uni lateral raises
wide grip lat pulldown
ab crunch machine
uni preacher curls
bench press
seal rows for upper back
uni tri pushdowns
shoulder press
close grip row
leg curl
squats
sldl
leg ext
calf raises

Full body is shit bhai, you're gonna end up being either overdeveloped somewhere or underdeveloped somewhere. And not enough for triceps. Try weighted dips

i shuffle the exercises if i need to develop a muscle, ill add in some dips tho

Homie just train
1- Chest, tricpes, shoudlers
2- Back, bicpes, and throw in some shoulders too
3- And switch between legs and arms every week.
But push it to the limits on leg days
I think that's the best solution for your case

Leg day every other week and switch it with arms
Squats, leg extensions and leg curls and maybe some Bulgarian split squats as a finisher. Try going to failure from time to time. And your legs will grow just fine dude
