get potassium in calorie deficit?

i check meat it say 237mgmilligrams on a beef entrecote and i need daily 3500 but 100 g is 230 calories eat 1000 gram 2300 calories andy oonly geet 2370 miligarm still not 3500. and i eat most 2000 calories how i get the potassium in a weight lost journey
 
Potassium is toxic rock like salt, drink raw blood and raw meat to get your recommended electrolytes

i eat raw meat bro but i cant eat 1 kilo raw meat a day i eat like 300-400 gram raw meat then 4 raw egg 1 glass raw milk some fruits still i cant get enough the RDA is 3500 i get 2300 if eat only raw meat for all my calorys

and blood is not accessible for me no shop sell blood to eat

The rda is made for the SAD, not a natural human diet, you still need potassium and salt but in much smaller amounts. You should get potassium from fruits and their juic3

I know that Spinach and Watermelon are low calorie and have high potassium

Watermelon is mogger food for cutting tbh, tastes good and almost no calories

Spinach is toxic plant, watermelons and citrus fruits like oranges are all you need for potassium and other minerals
