what kind of gym schedule am i meant to be doing. like i saw some random tt about how you should prioritise side delts and biceps for 'appeal' but yk :feelskek:
Is the most efficient PPL or what, should i be prioritising certain muscles and whatever

PPL is cool, shoulders yes they are appealing, same as biceps/triceps and forearms
