right now, I go to the gym 6 days a week with this split:

Monday (chest and triceps)
Tuesday (back and biceps)
Wednesday (shoulders and forearms)
Thursday (chest and triceps)
Friday (back and biceps)
Saturday (shoulders and forearms)

I'm thinking about switching to a full body routine 3 times a week, which do you guys think is better? I don't train legs btw

Start training your legs. I think this is a good split, if you can go to gym six times a week it's better than full body

Why do you need a whole day for shoulders and biceps that’s like 3-4 exercises 😭

Incorporate Shoulders into chest and tris but hit shoulders before Triceps in that workout.
Add Forearms into back and bis as I assume you do Hammer curls on biceps day makes no sense hitting forearms 2 days in a row.

idk its tuff that way, didnt you mean forearms?

I think the higher the frequency is good. But if you are a beginner, the best is full body
I will start doing full body 3x a week then

ty bro, and I cant train legs, im injured but I will when I recover
 
If you are a beginner, then yes. For now, start with full body, and over time, switch to split.

Something like that. I made pretty solid progress on a full body, benched 220 in the first 3 month. Once I realized I was recovering well and could handle more volume, I switched to a split. But I had to take a break, and now I'm starting with full body again
